Driven by a love for words, analog technology and working by hand, I juggle various artistic pursuits: animation, letterpress printing, poetry, illustration and graphic design. 

I grew up in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, and I live and work there today. 

My letterpress printshop, Walpurgis Press (founded in 2005), is home to several vintage presses and lots of wood and metal type that I use to make posters, cards, prints and animated short films, like Imprint and Little Big Bang.

I also work at design agency Perfect Day as a designer, project manager, and art director.

I owe so much to those who’ve mentored me, and who support a busy creative life.
